Terms & Conditions

1. Anne Van Dyke Travel Club will endeavour to provide members with information that is correct at the time of contact.  However,as all travel information is subject to change without notice Anne Van Dyke Travel Club cannot be held responsible for the experiences of members while planning their trip(s) or travelling. In some cases and where appropriate, the member may be referred to another source to obtain specific and detailed information.

2. Anne Van Dyke Travel Club reserves the right to determine what constitutes a question.  The member is welcome to ask a number of questions in a single email and will be reminded of the annual tally as a footnote on every response e.g. You have asked 4 questions this membership year. This is the answer to question 5.

3. Please note.  Anne Van Dyke Travel Club is not a travel booking service and there is no obligation to book with Anne Van Dyke.  If you do wish to make travel arrangements through us, please Contact Anne.

4. Questions will be answered as quickly as possible, however, due to the nature of some questions and time zone differences, response times may vary.

5. You will receive 4 newsletters during your membership year.  Release times may vary but you will receive one approximately every three months.

6. Answers are strictly for individual members. In no event can communication or answers to submitted questions be passed on to or copied by other parties or published without the permission of Anne Van Dyke.
